The Best Breaks

You can find decent breaks on Santa Cruz and Isabela. Even some excelent ones if you can arrange access by sea. But San Cristóbal has, by far, the best breaks. And only San Cristóbal can boast a handful of world-class breaks within walking distance, or a short taxi-ride.

Finding Us:

Most maps (including Google) show the nearest main street as Avenida Alsacio Northia, while the locals, particularly the taxi drivers, know it as Via Playa Mann. The correct name is Avenida Las Tijeretas. The Galeodan Suites are about 30m off the main street. But our street (like many in San Cristóbal) is unpaved and has no name. When asking directions, or in a taxi, your best bet is to ask for:

"La casa de Maria Elena Ricaurte, frente Alvear (the school), via Playa Mann"
